YO 2007

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! :D MAY YOU HAVE A BLESSED 2007 AHEAD!

well we're back in singapore, arrived yesterday (saturday). the flight back here was um, interesting? my sis and i were the "lucky ones" who were able to occupy 2 seats in Raffles Class. haha! the pampering was kinda nice, and the food was much better than in economy:D spacious reclining seats, movies, flight attendants and food were able to take my mind off of leaving home. and, oh, i had an emo moment when we were leaving lola's house.

anyway, its 2007 already. i mean, ITS 2007 ALREADY!!!!!! ha-ha. honestly its no biggie to me. a new year smybolises the passage time, which we all can't comprehend. why does time sometimes go by so quickly that we barely even notice it slowly seeping out of our hands? i keep thinking of all this stuff nowadays.. the past, how life used to be.. the future, the possibilities.

new school in 3 days. meaning new environment, new friends, new things to learn, etc. sometimes i just don't wanna move on..

sigh. a few minutes ago, watching the countdown on TV, i couldn't help but imagine what was happening in the philippines at the same time. during our last few days, there were lots of POPs and BANGs around already. then tonight must've been CRAZY.

my new years are becoming less exciting every year. as each year comes (and goes) it just keeps getting more and more quiet and anti-climactic. i remember last year, we had just arrived from america, i was just sleeping on the couch. then i was roused by being in an uncomfortable position.. i recall opening my eyes, squinting at the clock and realising it was past 12 MN. then i was just like "oh, its 2006 now." then went back to bed. everyone else at home was just sleeping too i think. SAD.

ok, enough of this sad stuff. we have 24 season 4! yay! and i'm gonna play ZOO TYCOON, the jetlag game. for some reason i always play zoo tycoon when jetlagged. but now, im so NOT jetlagged, but i still wanna play. let's just call it my "home"coming passtime.
