IT'S BEEN ONE WEEK!

yohoho!!! (and a bottle of rum!) haha.

we've been one week here already?? seems like only a couple of days. (: firstly thanks to everyone who made my 16th birthday extra special this year:D i feel kinda old now.. 15 still seems young, but sixteeeeen! nooooo..

on my birthday we had a buffet dinner. tried to keep healthy and all by filling my plate with ONLY veggies on the second (and last) round. haha.

december 2nd, saturday, we went to imus to visit relatives (mostly lolos and lolas). i remember eating FIVE times that day! we went around "house-hopping", and every at every stop we were served food. bah..

on sunday we went to church at TGSUMC, which was mom's church growing up. it was so steamy there coz it wasnt air-con, there were only many many fans. we sat on a pew next to a fan that blew directly in our direction. and whoopee my hair flew all over the place so i had to tie it up. LOL.

for lunch it was pancake house with tita edna. i love the golden brown waffles:D *licks lips*

yesterday we went shopping at SM. we had lunch at max's too- chicken and iced tea shake. out of boredom i dared gibby to walk up to one of the waiters wearing hats with small chicken heads on them (plush heads), and say "I LIKE YOUR HAT". gibby wanted a lollipop in return and i was like FINE. and then he DID IT!!!! :O he just suddenly blocked the waiter in his tracks and said "i like your hat". HAHAHAH! and the guy was like staring at him for a while.. then he smiled and then left. LOL!

anyway i bought 2 shirts (one's PURPLE:D), a pair of slippers, a pencil case and a PURPLE hair clip. and if you total the cost and convert it into singapore $, it only cost around S$25! muhahah! :D

last night was crazy! i slept a little before midnight with my iPod playing, and then awoke at 2.08AM (sharp) because of LOUD SIRENS and red and blue lights flashing about. at first i thought i was dreaming, since the sirens were deafening and so frequently passing by our house. after a few minutes a light in the hallway turned on, and my grandparents were awake and hustling (kind of). so yeah, i was like a bit scared. in the meantime i dismissed my thoughts and tried to get back to sleep, but the SIRENS, oh the sirens! it was SOOOOO LOUD, pillows couldn't block out the sound at all. after 20 minutes of trying in vain to fall back asleep, gave up and went out into the hallway and saw my mom. i asked her what was going on and she said there was a fire nearby. well, that explains it. fire engines and ambulances and firefighters and police and hoses and loud, LOUD sirens.

we stayed up a bit, after receiving news about the fire, etc. apparently it was a house next to a congressman's (oooh, scandalous) haha! everyone in the house was awake, except my deaf brother, gibby. haha! he just slept throught the whole thing!!!!

i was hungry, so i had spanish bread, YUM! and then finally went back to bed when it was almost 4 AM when all was still and settled down. :D

today we're just staying home, unless someone decides they wanna go somewhere later. i hope we just have dinner at home or something. im gaining so much weight! plus, my only form of exercise, besides walking yesterday at the mall, is making my way down the hallway from room to room.
