25th oct, wednesday. i was studying downstairs when i received a call from chanxi to go for ice cream since it was ms ho's birthday! i waited for 30 minutes in the bus stop for mrs khor. the rain was so strong that when cars drove past the bus stop, water would SWOOSH up the sidewalk and drench us knee high. anyway we arrived at HAATO early so that we could get things ready for ms ho's surprise. when word came that they were on their way, chanxi and i were so excited and jittery. and then they came, ms ho and weewee, and she was surprised! YAY! haha. then we had a fun time eating ice cream and the agar-agar cake. :D we even tried to stuff a whole chunk of the cake into mrs khor's mouth! (but we couldn't)
26th oct, thursday. physics practical! it was bad, i screwed it up. (maybe) but yeah i never have good feelings about physics practicals anyway. stayed in the holding room for about 2 hours and read "the english teacher" the whole time, for lit.
27th oct, friday, GIBBY'S BIRTHDAY! :D studied in the day (i think :p) and then took a bus to swensen's for dessert at west mall. we met buh there, who's gone for bowling i htink and mahjong afterwards.
28th oct, saturday. dad came home from thailand and so we went out for dinner, since we weren't able to the day before. went to outback steakhouse and stuffed ourselves. you know those kind of restaurants where the waiting time is so long that they serve you al kinds of bread and soup on the house? and then you eat so much of it coz its so GOOD that when your main course comes you're half full if not completely full? HAHA(: outback's like that. but the food was YUMMEH! :D
after dinner we went to a churchmate's sister's wake, and though i didnt really know the people, i felt really sorry for the girl who was in sec 4 especially, since her mom passed away. :((
29th oct, sunday. went to church, went home, then went to Christian Bautista's concert. "clannish obligation", see. haha, he's our cousin. anyway it was at fort canning park in the open grass field thingy. so we had to sit on the grass, in the blistering sun. haha! anyway, highlight of the concert was when he suddenly said "HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIBBY AND KARISSA". to which heads shot in our direction. haha!
30th oct, monday. can't remember anymore! hahaha. oh, we went out to esplanade in the afternoon with our cousin and had a few laughs like when an indonesian girl recognised him, took a picture with him plus asked for an autograph, and later claimed that she "wasn't a fan". haha! anyway, took lots of pictures, to my dismay and to father's morbid pleasue (hahaha, kidding:D), and then had ice cream at haagen dazs. we were already walkiong out the shop when we realised we hadn't payed for the ice cream yet! HAHA! i said we should've just RAN! (: err, what else? oooh. he bought this kewl jacket too, from that movie memorabilia store. i think it was from XMEN. haha!
31st oct, tuesday. HAPPY HALLOWEEEEN! chem practical, which was slightly better than physics practical (you know how i feel about physix pracs :p). holding room time was again conducive for learning. haha! afterwards we went to LOT1 to purchase my sister birthday gifts! (:
2nd nov, thursday. LIT PAPER. it was not good, but it was err, ok?
3rd nov, friday. KARISSA'S BIRTHDAY:D MUHAHA. i stayed up despite my sleepiness so that i could be the first to greet her. and then if you notice, my mind was "activated" (ha-ha) so i blogged with lots of pictures, something i seem to be doing a lot lately. haha! anyway i went to dad's office that day and was so sleepy since i only got a few hours of sleep.
that night we went to EQUINOX! haha. its a restaurant on the 70th floor of swissotel. :D it was SO KEWL. the view was nice and the food too. our journey to the toilet was FUN, it was a floor down, so we had to travel these stairs and windy (not really, haha) paths. and thenGUESS WHAAAAAAAT!? the toilet's are SO COOOOL, i could seriously live there. :D we even went back a second time just to take pictures. haha:D
in the end i wasn't able to go school to visit for the choir camp. SAD. anyway i really wanted to go but the timing! :(
4th nov, saturday. BOWLING day. left for CSC at around 3 then bought 2 small cakes on our way there. waited in GREAT ANTICIPATION for gibby's guests and karissa's SURPRISE guests. i'd been coordinating with gerald for AGES, and got him to invite other people. anyway they were kind of late, and i was SO FREAKISHLY SCARED, for some reason. AND when they finally came, haha, i felt relieved. and yeah we had a great time with cake and potato wedges and presents and oily bowling balls. (:
5th nov, sunday. went to church in the morning then for lunch at this prata cafe place. then went home and watched TV then slept, then studied for SS the whole night through.
6th nov, TODAY! i couldnt sleep the whole night, seriously.i was too scared for SS! MEEEP. haha. i kept tossing and turning the whole night and even got up a couple of times (as in really STOOD up) to do things like move the fan or close the window and other stuff.
Emath paper 1 was ok. i found it quite easy. :D SS was... ok. the chapters that came out for SEQ were all in line with the chapters i studied so that was ok. :D
YAY! im done! this is SO the longest post EVER. i changed my layout again, after only a week or so. haha, i got tired of the other one easily. HEEHEE. and this one's just SO kewl. off to study geog now.
just though of something: till Os do us part. HAHA! (so lame....)
