last saturday was WIDJ's seventeenth:D we had dinner at ramen ramen, at rail mall. guess what? it cost a BOMB. the CONNIVING little menu didnt include tax yet. tsk tsk tsk.
on the table next to us was a couple who seemed awkward. they're rather old already, and it was so freaky coz they kept turning and looking at us. we weren't even doing anything to attract their attention! they just kept looking at us as if we had brightly-lit neon signs above our heads that read "LOOOOOKIE HERE". hahahaha.
anyway after a yummy dinner we walked to the apple strudel place and sat outside on the swing. purchased some strudel and ate it on the swing. it was sooooo mouth-watering, as always. :p
we wanted to do something fun while the day wasn't yet over. so we decided to walk back to widj's house, amdist the news that the PSI was up to 150 and the haze was worse than the past days. c'mon, the night was young! we had to do something else. :D HAHA.
guess WHAT we did??!! WE CRASHED A PARTY! the resident's mooncake party that is. HAHAHA! (i know what you thought! kidding). grabbed some mooncake and drinks and unable to find a place to VEG!, we were forced to settle by the jacuzzi. there was no one inside, btw. YET! haha, we stayed til this caucasian guy came and said "HEY" to us. i mean, who wouldn't be driven away by a stranger who hands out random "HEY"s, takes their shirt off in front of you, and then slips into the jacuzzi and gives you "the look"?
after exploring and taking numerous walks around the condo, we went upstairs to widj's place and watched tv. haha. we watched supernova on hallmark. :D that is, until evan and i decided to take a walk around the place again, after hearing that familiar pop POP pop! of some fireworks. the ISTJs (my sis and widj) stayed upstairs and we went down for a little fascination. the "fireworks" were kewl. though my NOSE, uhh! did it suffer!! haha. i was still recovering, too. i didnt go to school on friday. :D
after bidding widj a happy birthday for the 5th time, we departed and arrived home at about 10.30 i think, though i ain't so sure. :D
today widj couldnt stop asking me if it was friday already. and i wish it was! sure we'll miss secondary school days, but right now i just can't wait for it to be over. its been long since we had a real holiday. LIKE WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT? its not like after next week'll be a REAL holiday, either. Os are dashing towards us like a long-lost doggie finally returning home.
oh yes, i almost forgot. my sister, in her sudden "fit of generosity", bought me a book as a reward for my
(haha, this post is so long!)
