happy meal

i awoke at 05:19 to an sms from my favourite person! (okaaaay, i just realised that's how i wake up everyday now.. including weekends.) but today was kind of different, because i don't remember replying and can only remember how blocked my nose was and how sore my throat felt... and the next thing i knew, it was 06:14 and another message comes in- area cleaning time, my favourite too! haha.

i didn't go to work today, after suffering from fluish symptoms the whole afternoon in the office yesterday. instead, i stayed in bed til almost 11 then got up to fill my empty stomach (my last meal was porridge for lunch 20+ hrs before) and take my medicine. i spent the early parts of my day bumming in front of the teevee with my on-holiday sister. on discovery travel & living there was a show about this couple with 16 kids going to disneyland.. haha \m/ i want to go to disneyland! i think i really wouldn't mind working there either.. its the happiest place on earth! (haha, that reminds me of one of the compre passages during my SAT) anyway, the rest of the day i played neopets :D in between rests, of course. anyone wanna guess my pet's name? haha.

i haven't blogged in really long.. don't know why i had the sudden urge to revive it today.. i guess not much has been going on, except for a few choir events like Viva Vox IV and SYF. it was nice to get in touch with that side of me that was dormant for a few months or almost a year. made me realise again how much i miss singing in a choir! speaking of which.. my sister wants to join the NUS choir! with me, if i go there.? i've gotten my acceptance letters already, but i'm still not 100% sure where i wanna spend the next few years of my life schooling. sigh :(

"stoppage of leave" sounds.. cruel! :(
