nightmare

i had a nightmare last night... and i'm inexperienced at handling nightmares, the last time i had one was when i was 5 i think. i saw cinderella's stepmother!!! :O and worst part was that once i woke up, the nightmare would just pick up where it left off when i go backto sleep ): so as soon as i woke up, in my fright my reflexes told me to make a phone call, (haha) which made me feel alot better.. THANKS [: but after hanging up, i was still scared.! i didn't wanna sleep anymore but eventually did in about an hour.. thankfully the nightmare didn't recur, but sigh i think i'm traumatised ):
