WOW has it been long. i wonder how many people felt my online absence.. not many, i guess : P how ironic it was that in my previous post i ended saying "3 MORE DAYS TIL SWEET FREEDOM", when i was grounded that same night. D: haha anyway it feels like there's a lot to blog about but my mind just went blank. HAHA, its becoming a common occurance, actually. when the posting page loads, i suddenly have nothing to blog about.. even though i've been mentally blogging the past 2 weeks. : P
let's start with results. BAD BAD BAD! so far, i've got a U for math and an E for phy.! econs we haven't gotten back yet, but its most probably an S. nobody from S17 got a U for econs, apparently, but gen and i think that our teacher forgot about us ): oh well, at least he treat us to seoul garden before remembering that there is one student who got a U. me. (gen you so won't get a U!) oh, and i got a D for gp! (: everyone, i got a DEEEE for gp!! haha now you can't say that i'm good at gp! i'm just as average as all of you. finally i can prove t you people that i only do well for it when our teacher marks. HAHAH. oh and i am not natasha! : O
anyways, i've got new resolutions. gotta do more consistent work and serious studying. in school, im gonna stay awake during lectures and tutorials. so far i've managed to do so.. congrats to me because there was one math lecture where i fought so hard t stay awake when literally half the row was in dreamland. D: but it was kinda amusing how everyone awake was seated next to someone sleeping and everyone sleeping was sandwiched between people who were awake! so it was alternate asleep awake asleep awake asleep awake down the row! HAHA! i didn't wanna break the pattern so i grabbed some twigs and kept myself from closing my eyes. : P
besides that, im gonna do my tutorials and listen in class! no more talking, no more playing. D: okay, sounds really NO LIFE, but what's gotta be done has to be done if i wanna meet my targets for promos at the end of the year which is ***. haven't really though of it yet, but i wanna do so much better than CTs.
CHOIR has been.. different without the J2s. now there are 22 of us (we just got 2 new members yay) left, and at first it felt weird and empty, like there were so many people missing.. but we're slowly getting used to it i guess. we "performed" for the council commendation last friday but we couldn't be heard. : / how sad, since our brains were fried from (almost) singing 10 verses of crown him with many crowns. D: aside from getting "CHAODA" (new choir slang :D) from the repetitive hymn-singing, we're learning christmas carols!!! its the middle of july and we're already thinking about december! (: haha, cooliOz!
other than the singing part, chilling with C CUBE has been a great stress buster :D especially now that chanxi, steffie, tasia, chinyan and i are hanging out more when we have comm meetings, etc :D and going home with chanxi is seriously a laughing trip! LOVE IT MAN. and then there are all the obligations! HAHA. really sad i couldn't go for harry potter with them since friday was the last day of my grounded-ness. ): so i haven't watched it yet, but the whole world says it sucked. should i still watch it anyway?
so being grounded has had its PLUSes and MINUSes. the minuses are obvious.. rotting at home and collecting dust. getting emo on my bed because being alone prods me to think. the pluses, well, i learned that i can survive without entering the cyber world for 2 weeks.. and i got to accomplish other things like read a book and do more schoolwork. (:
during the first week of being grounded i felt so detached from the world, i almost died because i didnt have a handphone. D: OH YEAH, i FINALLY got a new phone! yay :D :D :D i've got a new number too, btw, so if i haven't told you it yet, let me know in sch or online or something (: um, i wanna say thanks to friends who came over and brightened my day when i was stuck at home :D
all this while i've had my TAMAGOCHI to accompany me!!! ((: i finally got one, after wanting it for so long! huiqi lphin zj and glen got one too! youth day presents haha. yknow now that i think of it, i don't know if it was my under my influence that they bought o_O more people are getting 30 bux poorer! after showing tasia and chinyan the tmgc one morning while having macs breakfast, they showed up the next day with tmgcs!! chanxi and steffie wanna get em too, they've always wanted to! :D YAY! SPREAD THE LOVE!!!
I NEED NEW SOUNDS! im getting sick of the songs in my iPod. D: just got maroon 5s new album though. i like :D and im currently addicted to the song signal fire by snow patrol (: okay, some pics before i go.
cherwaye's farewell! i was actually grounded at that time, but i really wanted needed to go so i volunteered to be grounded another week just for cherwaye. i miss you loads my fave pw group mate!
