we want what we cannot have

just to clear things up a bit, i didnt find the english orals terribly easy, if that's what you thought. :D it was OK. i was just extremely glad it was over.

guess what? it's so weird that when i was on hiatus, i felt like blogging almost everyday, but then i had to force myself off the computer so many times. now that im un-hiatused, i dont really feel like blogging so much anymore... i told this to widj and she says, "it's always like that, we humans always want what we cannot have." how true.

today i set my alarm at 7:30, hoping to have a study marathon today. as always, i ended up awake at 9:45- almost 10. gaarrr! after taking a shower, we all went to dad's office to have some IO gathering in the new office. well anyway, i set up my own quarters (haha) on an empty table in a semi-secluded corner, in, later i realised, too high hopes of finishing much work.

all the other children were there too- a total of one 7 month year old boy, one 2 year old girl, 7 boys aged 3-12, and 2 teenagers- me and my sis. imagine the rowdiness!!!!! actually, it was like I was the only person my age there, since my sis forgot her choir concert tickets and had to go home. by the time she came back, all she could do was gobble down some food and run away again, to choir rehearsals.

speaking of which, im getting excited to watch her choir next saturday. hopefully she can still get some tickets-- SHE BETTER! :D yay. or else, im gonna make myself a special VIP pass so i can go backstage and watch from there. hahahahaha. kidding.

ok, back to what happen. i finished the amath paper we were given! :D that was before lunch, but i still had a few blanks here and there. i realised only after finishing my homework that i didn't have breakfast- strange, really. i haven't had any appetite these past few days.

after lunch i went with dad to drive buh to her choir practice. when we arrived back, i didn't really study all that much. all i did was the chem worksheet we were given! we were all supposed to watch HSMusical (dad bought the DVD!!!!!!!! YAAAAAAAAAY.) but due to some technical difficulties, we couldn't.

OOOOH! chin flinger, racha!, came back from thailand yesterday. she showed up in school with funky hair, braces and brown contact lenses, too. :D muhaha! we really missed her a lot. she's so lucky, she took her Olevels in june! can't wait to feel as carefree as she. :D

the weeks are few, and getting fewer... the prelims are a only few steps, an arm's length away.

11 more days.
