sadly, we had our last performance with the choir yesterday at St. Andrew's Cathedral for the prefect's commendation. i enjoyed it thoroughly! (: i really out in 100% and especially my heart in the performance.
anyway, yesterday i went to the dentist straight from the cathedral. was late for my appointment, but it didn't really matter. i had 2 teeth extracted! because previously, before i got my brcaes, the dentist said there'd be enough space in my jaw to fit all the teeth and make it straight. but i guess it was too early to tell, and so i had to have the extraction.
it wasn't that scary. i got 6 anesthesia injections for 2 teeth- on the right side. then i had to rest for a while. then when my lips, cheeks and even nose was quite numb, the nurse suddenly came in and told me to drink the painkiller. and i couldn't drink the water properly. i felt so like, stupid coz the water kept coming out of my mouth. it was so gross. but i managed to swallow it eventually. after many tries.
so 2 of my teeth are gone. its kind of sad, you know, i only have 26 teeth now. gonna be 24 by next next week. but i kept my two teeth! :D
didnt go for flag day today, because i was in a lot of pain. and my cheek and half lip was swollen and still quite numb in the middle of the night. i bled for like 2 hours or so, and the taste lingered in my mouth for ages- even after brushing. it tastes so gross. how can some people even like the taste of blood. eww!
now my left jaw's really tired from chewing and gnawing at all the food. ate at a japanese restaurant nearby and then walked to courts. gibby bought this FAT pillow. HAHAHA! i want one too. and then we (sister and i) walked home. it was scary a bit coz it was so dark and there were CREATURES around. saw a giant lizard that was camouflaged. i also got bitten 5 times by an ant-like creature. and it hurts more than an ant bite!!!
