last monday of the schoolyear!

woo!! today's the last monday of the schoolyear!!! yay!!! :) im so happppyyyy.... school's almost overrr

today when i got to school.. i found out we were having cooking instead of craftwork for the post exam activities.. so i was worried because i didnt have the apron and other home econs stuff..

morning assembly began in the parade ground, then it started to rain.
then it got stronger
and stronger
and stronger.
until we had to move to the hall coz it was too strong.

when we were in the hall.. mrs khoo did devotions. it was really longggg~ she finished at 8 i think.. then after that there were tons of announcement and everyone was getting impatient! there was an announcement that the people involved in the asean stall thingie for the saintsational fair should go see ms monica wang... and an announcement for ALL people who were doing cooking for today.. so i wasn't sure where to go, but i decided to go the asean stall onem, with my sis.. my sis then had the home econs set thingy with her.. so i borrowed it from her!!! :) wooo!!

then after meeting, all the people in the hall were gone.. then, i found evan and rachel in the cooking room... both of them didnt have any apron or anything, since they thought too that we were doing craftwork again.. so we quickly went downstairs to the bookshop to buy the home econs set... :p after much hesitiation, rachel and evan FINALLY bought the set. for $6!!! what a waste of $6!!! tsk tsk

anyway, cooking was funnn.. we grouped with dahtchayani... we cooked pineapple prawn.. soo nice!!! it was fun cooking.. yet i really didnt like peeling the prawn.. seeing all the brains and squishy stuff of the prawn is kinda disgusting.. it feels so mushy.. but i forced myself to peel.. :P then after peeling, i chopped the chili.. after chopping it.. my eye was itchy.. then without thinking, i just rubbed my eye.. then suddenly my eye was feeling extremely HOT!

cooking the prawn was more fun! (: the finished product was soo yummy.. then we had to clean up next.. evan got obsessed with mopping the floor. hhaha. then we were the last ones in the cooking room again.. just like we were the last ones in the needlework room when we had craftwork. haha

after that, we had recess. so we ate the pineapple prawn. (: some people didnt like the pineapple prawn.. like stephanie.. anyway. it was fun eating it.. (: we had a 1-hour recess!!! haha. sherry says i have chance to get into top10 of our class! haha! i didn't really expect that much. i only expect top 15. hope she's right.. (:

after recess was the e-life thingy.. it was something like chapel, but much, much longer.. it was supposed to be from 11am to 1pm, but we ended kinda early. there were some SAJC people there.. and one of them was named evangeline!!! :P muhahahaha.. just like evan.

after that we had the CCA thingyy. but before that, rachel was having stomach problems and i think it was from the pineapples. so she wanted to go home because her stomach was extremely painful. so we went with her to the staff room to see ms ramlah and ask if she could go home. ms ramlah wasnt there so we just went to the hall.

anyway, when we got to the hall, there was no more place to sit, so i sat in the 2/5 line beside widjaja. then mr soh came in, and was eyeing me, so i moved behind widjaja. ok, so we were gonna find out how many cca points we had! at first, when all the certificates were being passed around, i didnt have any paper. (: so i was just waiting for mine.. but it never came! so i was feeling uneasy, coz i thought it meant something like i had 0 cca points.. o:

after mdm roseenah (however u spell it) told us about all the LEAPS stuff, my paper still hadn't arrived yet. so everyone went around coz they needed to ask questions. i went around to find my paper, and it was with swati. guess how many cca points i had? 2.

ugh. 2 points. that is soo bad. one for participation, and one for leadership. one thing that surprised me though was that i had a chinese name on the certificate! (: haha!!! wonder who made it.. anyway, we just went back to class to take our stuff. (: then we went home in the pouring rain. haha! (: ok. hope i can get into top10!!! (:
