last friday was the NATIONAL DAY CELEBRATIONS in school!
everyone was supposed to wear red and white shirts.. or all red or all white... i wore my sisters shirt that said "GOODY TO PLAY WITH BEAR".. what does that mean????!!! anyway... in the morning we had devotions and all that daily morning stuff... then we headed up to the hall
when we got to the hall, everyone was supposed to get into their houses... because there was a cheering competition or something... im in GAGEBROWN! kool... then when i got settled down.. cherie (our choir president) came to me and said we had to go up to the theaterette to practice.. nothing had even begun yet and i had to leave.. oh well....
then ms ho and ms lee (i think thats her name) was there... and they had all the songs on the CD.. so we began practice adding more and more funny actions and stuff like that... its was soo fun... :D
then the final thing came....
we went down to the hall and to the backstage... they were still announcing the results for the interhouse competitions... and guess what??? GAGEBROWN WON!!!!! yayayayayay!!! :D haha.. then it was our turn to go on stage.... i got so nervous.. well anyway.. as soon as we al lgot on stage there was TONS of people... it looked like a sea of faces there.. it was kinda scary, but after a while igot used to it.. so we sung there on stage, leading the whole school (including the teachers)... then su ee was there too... in fact she was right beside me... then she kept whispering stuff like.. "he's singing".. then "he's swaying"... stuff like that... lol...
we were dismissed at 10.30!!! :D then me, evan, widjaja, vanessa, evan, rachel and jia xin went to waffletown!! :D we ate waffle fries!!! yum!!!
